PRODUCT OWNERS:

Review and create documents by verifying and gathering requirements. Define project scope from stakeholders and gather business requirements to provide input in development activities. Understand Retail Point of Sale capabilities and functionalities by conducting requirements gathering sessions and analyzing process flows, systems and procedures and providing recommendations for solutions offerings and ensuring the offerings meet business need. Assess the Performance and ensure the quality of the product to meet the standard and requirements of business goals. Define and document any enhancement or change requirements on product features. Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, improve best practices and ensure quality of deliverables. Create materials that supports development, Quality Assurance, support and Audit. Provide production support to triage the defects, conduct training sessions to demonstrate the product features and create user manual/guides for the end user. Assist in UAT before every deployment into production. Master's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: South Plainfield, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
