Create project schedule, product roadmap, test scenarios and Go-live schedule. Gather and configure business requirements, and functional design specifications. Define and articulate user stories and functional requirements. Analyze complex workflows across multiple datasets, collaborate with UX teams and software engineering to design solutions that increase operational efficiency. Perform GAP analysis by creating a future state process workflow of work order automation using MS Visio. Perform User Acceptance Testing on work orders and bill generation for every enterprise product. Optimize project management processes using Jira by developing a comprehensive backlog management system to improve task tracking efficiency. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration (any) is required. Work location: South Plainfield, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
