BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTS:
Gather functional and non-functional requirements through requirement elicitation meetings. Create Context flow diagrams, use case diagrams, Activity diagrams, Business process flow diagrams, Mock-ups, and Workflows using MS VISIO and Balsamiq. Define technical architecture and create data mapping documents. Perform data mining. Create and execute queries. Migrate data in form of subsets using XML and SQL. Maintain data to data warehouse and data marts. Integrate applications and script business logic using Web Services. Facilitate and Perform user acceptance testing. Perform Root Cause Analysis, identify bottlenecks in processes, and recommend solutions using OneStream and UAT. Define and document governance for administration and maintenance of processes using ServiceNow and Oracle Cloud ERP. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: South Plainfield, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
